They are seeking a Property Administrator to join their team and become a valued member of the company. Our client is caring for 330,000 homes in England, Wales and Scotland, across 5,800 developments. Responsibilities:

  • PPM Tracker - Ensure the PPM Tracker is up to date and maintained
  • Uploaded documents into the share PPM folder
  • Ensuring the Health and Safety tracker is maintained and updated
  • Uploading documents into the shared Health and Safety folder
  • Cover the front desk when the concierge goes on lunch
  • Respond to emails, take calls and deal with any resident enquiries.
