Property Administrator - Holborn - £30,000 to £35,000 Dependant on ExperienceMy client a successful independent agency with a portfolio covering the West End, Central and the City of London, are currently seeking an experienced Property and Tenancy Administrator to support their Lettings Team and Property Management team in their friendly family feel office in Holborn.You will be responsible for ensuring all lettings compliance is in place, handling tenancy progression, renewals and supporting the property managers with their administration. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm with a real family feel.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the office providing support to the Lettings and Property Management team
  • Handling enquiries via the phone
  • Meet and greet customers coming into the office
  • Handling tenancy progression from offer to move in
  • Arranging Inventory Check ins, Check outs and pre-tenancy cleans
  • Ensuring lettings compliance is in place including Gas Safety Records, EPCs, EIRCs and Portable Appliance tests for properties
  • Handling tenancy renewals
  • Upload listings for rental properties onto the website and portals and keep these updated
  • Arranging the marketing of available properties including: floor plans, photographs, creating brochures, booking photographs and creating window cards
  • Supporting the property management team with end of tenancy processes
  • Handling deposit deductions and releases
  • Handling utilities
  • Managing key log

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years proven Lettings Administration/Property Management experience required
  • Strong understanding of residential lettings compliance
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage own work load, multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
