An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Property Administrator to join their established administration department. The company is a unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil Emergency Housing needs.The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Property Administrator, as well as being organised, with good people skills, and be articulate.Job overview:

  • Property Administrator.
  • £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Based in South Woodford.
  • Full-time, permanent.
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Responsibilities of the Property Administrator will include:

  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients, both face-to-face and via phone/email, to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, property prices, and competitor activity.
  • Administration: Support the administrative tasks of the sales and lettings process, including preparing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Social Media Preparation & Company Reviews, focusing on increasing the company’s awareness & image.

Skills required for the Property Administrator role include:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong timekeeping and time management.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Full UK Driving License is preferable.
  • Industry-recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
