Role Overview:

As a Property Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the branch, providing essential administrative support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations. Your responsibilities will include office coordination, customer service, and assistance with property viewings.

Key Responsibilities for the Property Administrator:

  • Manage general office duties, including answering phone calls and emails, filing, and data entry.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Support the sales and property management teams with administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organising property viewings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records and documentation.

Requirements for the Property Administrator:
