My well established, London based Client is urgently recruiting for a Property Administrator to work in their Estates Team and maintain core administration functions, working with the team to streamline and standardise digital building records, ensuring key property data is well organised / accessible.

The chosen Candidate will be responsible for managing / updating critical property trackers, assisting with invoices and PO (Purchase Order) administration.

I am looking for strong organisational skills, with attention to detail, a proactive approach to enhancing efficiency across the team and focused on the property administration processes.

Key responsibilities will include; managing property trackers - maintain and update refurbishment, dilapidation, wayleave, licence to alter etc.
Instruct Consultants and solicitors on dilapidation's and monitor them, also refurbishment projects.
Book appointments and manage diaries for the Property team, Consultants and contractors for monthly appointments and site visits.
Instruct EPC and asbestos inspections, ensuring all my Clients internal policies and industry regulations are adhered to.
