- Producing property brochures for Sales & Lettings
- Compliance and Land Registry checks
- Booking photos, floorplans and EPCs for sales and lettings properties
- Creating brochures (property details) for sales and lettings properties
- Window Cards – keeping up to date – fortnightly checks
- Update and refresh Sales and Lettings properties as per instructions
- Logging keys as and when required
- Preparing Market Valuation packs for Market Appraisals
- Manage property lists for sales and lettings
- Sending out Sales Letters to solicitors, vendors and buyers (not your responsibility but would be good to know how to do)
- General support of the wider office with reporting requirements, office administration, general enquiries
- 2-3 Years Work Experience (ideally professional services or real estate)
- Demonstrate ability to deliver work accurately
- Highly organised with eye for detail and continuity
- Ability to multi-task on a few projects simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills
- Interest and experience of using technology in a business environment
- Interest in property and the different type of properties
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude
