Your new company I am working with an established property company, whoare looking for a property administrator to join their team.Their buildings are designed to surpass marketexpectations, and they pride themselves on creating a diverse and exciting environment.Your new role

  • Handling tenant deposits, including collecting and keeping track of them.
  • Regularly checking in with a range of stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Managing all forms of communication, and monitoring inbound phone calls as well as inbox management.
  • Regularly monitoring assets and checking for anything that needs to be actioned with stakeholders.
  • Preparing and managing documents and ensuring all terms are met.
  • Scheduling and coordinating timelines with external parties.
  • Keeping accurate records of all property-related documents and communications.
  • Distribution of client communications

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in administration coordination (ideally 1-3 years).
  • Ideally have experience or understanding of the property industry and an interest in pursuing a career in the space.
  • Excellent communication skills & organisational ability.
