Queens Park NW6 Salary up to £35k (depending on experience) An exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join a successful team in North West London.A great opportunity to work for a fantastic company, and be part of an exciting brand and winning team. This role offers great potential for career progression and would be ideal for a candidate looking for a longer term career in property.The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3 years work experience in professional services or real estate, be highly organised with an eye to detail and continuity. You will be an individual who is highly motivated with the ability to work as an individual and part of the team and have an interest and experience of using technology in a business environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales progression support: collating documentation (IDs, Property Information Questionnaires, EPCs, Terms and Conditions)
  • Producing property brochures for Sales & Lettings
  • Compliance and Land Registry checks
  • Booking photos, floorplans and EPCs for sales and lettings properties
  • Creating brochures (property details) for sales and lettings properties
  • Window Cards - keeping up to date - fortnightly checks
  • Update and refresh Sales and Lettings properties as per instructions
  • Logging keys as and when required
  • Preparing Market Valuation packs for Market Appraisals
  • Manage property lists for sales and lettings
  • Sending out Sales Letters to solicitors, vendors and buyers (not your responsibility but would be good to know how to do)
  • General support of the wider office with reporting requirements, office administration, general enquiries

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 Years Work Experience (ideally professional services or real estate)
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver work accurately
  • Highly organised with eye for detail and continuity
  • Ability to multi-task on a few projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Interest and experience of using technology in a business environment
  • Interest in property and the different type of properties
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own
  • Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude
