Job Title: Property Administrator (Leasing)

Location: Marylebone, London

- Hourly Rate: 14 - 16

- Length: 2-4 weeks

- Type: Temporary

- Start Date: 16th October 2024

- Working Pattern: Full Time 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the leasing department in managing their backlog and ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries from both current and previous tenants.
  • Manage the backlog of emails on Hubspot and respond in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure efficient and effective administration of lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and ensure all documentation is up to date.

About You:

  • Proficiency in using Hubspot (CRM) platform.
  • Previous administrative experience within the property industry
  • Strong administrative skills coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants and team members.
  • Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of property management processes and regulations is desirable but not essential.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
