Property Inspector / Assistant Property Manager

We are currently seeking a confident and organised Property Inspector / Assistant Property Manager to join their busy local branch. As part of their team, you will play a vital role in supporting their property management operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficient property inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and ensure timely follow-ups on works orders
  • Respond to landlord and tenant inquiries promptly, primarily through email and on their inhouse database
  • Support the property management team in maintaining high standards of service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property inspections and property management
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Must have a valid driving licence and own car
  • ARLA qualification would be beneficial
