I am looking for a highly organised Property Management Administrator to join my clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the property management department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of all property-related matters. This role involves direct interaction with tenants, property owners, and service providers, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working in London's most iconic building in Battersea, this is a 9 month contract with an immediate start date available. The candidate must have strong experience in admin and be process driven!

  • Based: Battersea - 5 days in the office
  • Salary: up to 30K
  • Hours: Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist property managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate property records.
  • Manage and update property management software with current tenant and property information.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate property manager.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including the preparation of lease agreements and collection of necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and organise all lease agreements, ensuring they are up-to-date and comply with legal requirements.
  • Track lease expiration's, renewals, and rent increases, preparing and sending renewal notices in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external service providers to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Monitor and follow up on ongoing maintenance issues, keeping tenants and property owners informed of progress.
