An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property management administrator to join a leading property management company based in the West End of London. The successful individual will be responsible for the administration and processing of consents and formalities relating to sale of properties. This is a hybrid working role which will require you to attend the office two days per week.

Daily duties will include dealing with legal enquires and processes relating to the sale of existing leasehold properties, collecting fees from landlords as well as administering landlord’s requirements as part of sales, transfers, remortgages and consent applications. Further duties include reviewing and processing requests for variation and rectification of title documents, major alterations or extensions and liaising with external solicitors on the production of licences.

The successful candidate will have gained previous experience of working in the property sector, ideally for a property management organisation or a law firm. Prior knowledge of property breaches, alterations and party wall agreements is highly desirable. Enthusiasm is essential coupled with first class communication skills.
