We are recruiting for a rapidly expanding property company specialising in leasing high-quality apartments. As the company continues to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Property Finance Assistant to join their team.Role Overview:The Property Finance Assistant will play a key role in supporting the property management team and finance function by coordinating tenant-related tasks, managing contractor communication, and handling essential administrative duties. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, providing a high standard of service to leaseholders and contractors alike.Key Responsibilities:
  • Post invoices to the accounting software, maintaining accurate records.
  • Resolve supplier queries, acting as a reliable point of contact for financial questions.
  • Liaise directly with leaseholders and contractors to ensure clear communication and swift action on requests.
  • Coordinate the start of new tenancies, ensuring all documentation is complete and processes are followed.
  • Arrange quotes for repair work, source cost-effective solutions, and coordinate with contractors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
  • Answer phone calls, providing assistance or directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a lettings administration or property management role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT systems.
  • Experience with the NetSuite Accounting System (Desirable).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
