About the Role:

Our client, a well-established property company in zone 6, is seeking a Property Management Administrator/Assistant to provide crucial support to the Property Management and Lettings teams, as well as handle office coordination duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual, with previous property experience, looking for a varied and dynamic role within a professional and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities as a Property Management Assistant:

• Assisting the Property Management team with tenancy administration, renewals, and compliance, uploading and filing documentation accordingly

• Handling tenant and landlord enquiries if and when needed, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues

• Helping to coordinate property maintenance, liaising with contractors, and arranging repairs where needed to ensure the building is well maintained

• Processing tenancy documents, invoices, rental payments, and deposit management where needed and accounting administrative duties in line with this

• Updating and maintaining property management software (Alto or similar CRM)

• Acting as the first point of contact for incoming clients and visitors to the office

• Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring they are set up appropriately

• Handling diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments

• Ordering office supplies and ensuring a well-maintained working environment

• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as required

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in as a Property Management Assistant or Lettings, Property Management & Office Coordination Administrator (essential)

Proficiency in property software such as Alto or similar CRM (desirable)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Experience in office coordination (preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
