About the Role:

Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the property management team in delivering exceptional service to clients, tenants, and other stakeholders. This role involves a variety of tasks, including correspondence, inspections, contractor management, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Landlord and Tenant Liaison: Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants, including in-person visits to properties.
  • Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors, including obtaining quotes, negotiating terms, and overseeing work.
  • Licensing and Compliance: Handle applications for various property licences, conduct property inspections, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections, identify issues, and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Emergency Management: Arrange and supervise emergency repairs to ensure properties remain habitable.
  • Dispute Mediation: Mediate disputes between tenants, contractors, and landlords as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Complete necessary paperwork, maintain records, and update internal systems.
