FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH A MARKET LEADER FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER

BASIC SALARY £30-35,000 OTE

My client, an independent Estate Agency are looking for a Property Manager to add to the team. You will ideally need a minimum of 2 years + Property Management experience to be considered. They are looking for hard working Property Manager who is ambitious, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

  • As a Property Manager your role will be as follows:
  • The successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the process of dealing with repairs
  • Maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants and contractors
  • Arrange and coordinate repair visits between contractors
  • Arrange and attend midterm interim property inspections
  • Use Fixflo to deal with repairs reported by Tenants
  • Service section 21 notices where applicable
  • Have a good understanding of the lettings legislation and rules around renting property in UK
  • Contribute to the general running of the office
  • Arranging and booking safety checks such as gas safety certificates, electrical inspections etc.
  • Work closely with the lettings team to ensure properties are up to standard prior to move in

The individual will have:

  • Being a team player
  • Demonstrating self-motivation
  • Experience working in Property Management in an estate agency setting
  • Work well under pressure
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills
  • Professional and well presented
  • ARLA is preferred but not essential
  • Full driving licence & car

Working days are Monday to Friday 8.30AM - 6PM
