Our client is a luxury FMCG company and is owned by an UHNWI. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager.

Job Profile:

The Property Manager will look after a portfolio of three residential buildings, one office building and a boutique. All properties are based in London. The postholder will manage the upkeep, refurbishment and commercial performance of the properties. This needs to be a proactive individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience to keep up with a fast moving and expanding portfolio, putting structure in place to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on all aspects of an expanding property portfolio, including residential and commercial.

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors

Liaise with design teams on floor plans and mood boards, to negotiate prices and to order furnishings

Maintain master schedules and time-frames of fit-out and furnishing programmes

Lead development teams from start to end of project, coordinating work of contractors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects

Implement, consolidate and track property data centrally and manage upkeep tasks in priority order

Manage disposals and acquisitions processes

Leading planned and unplanned maintenance projects

'Hands on’ member of the delivery team for construction and development sites

Ensure buildings and facilities comply with health and safety legislation

Occasional evening and weekend work during emergencies

Person Specification

Direct experience of asset management

Ability to work on own initiative, managing project from start to finish

Ability to organise and plan own work

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communication with a wide range of contacts both internal and external

A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise to achieve successful outcomes
