This is a really interesting, varied, newly-created role, offering you the opportunity to truly make it your own! You will be working as the Property Manager for a boutique, high-end property firm – sitting in the driving seat in managing properties, building and maintaining relationship with clients, and marketing management across online property platforms. A number of very exciting projects have recently come onto their books hence why the role is available.Hybrid role - in office 1 day per week, based in North London.WHAT YOU WILL DOThis role is very unique and varied and will involve managing different projects. There is a real opportunity for this role to develop in line with your experience and ambitions. Mainly, your role will involve:Property Management
  • Managing the day to day operations of short term stays and longer-term leases across a portfolio of properties
  • Organising key drop off, guest check ins
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Managing contractors, cleaners, maintenance requests
  • Visiting properties to check in on the upkeep of them
Property Marketing
  • Managing the SEO and optimisation of properties across online platforms including AirBnB and Booking.com to generate the most bookings possible 
  • Reporting on marketing results
Client Relationships
  • Recruiting clients to market their properties with the business
  • Managing current client relationships and building new ones
