Property Management Administrator - Battersea - £26,000 to £30,000 Depending on ExperienceWe are partnering with a prestigious, forward-thinking estate agency based in South-West London, currently seeking a customer focused and organised administrator to join their Property Management team.This role will require someone who is very organised and has strong customer service and interpersonal skills. You will be handling all administration processes and supporting the team alongside liaising with the Tenants, Landlords and other internal departments. You will sit within a fast paced, friendly and experienced team. Prior Administration / Accounts experience within the construction or property sector is required.Your duties will include:

  • Organise viewings, virtual tours, and open houses for prospective buyers or tenants
  • Collaborate with the marketing team
  • Producing property inspections and reporting
  • Ensuring a smooth lease process from start to finish
  • Advising landlords of any maintenance works required.
  • Deal with enquiries from tenants, clients, solicitors, local authorities, etc.
  • Assist with all adhoc/admin duties within the property management team
  • Provide customer service for buyers, assisting with warranties, snagging issues, and queries regarding the new build
  • Drafting, and managing tenancies if the properties are to be rented out, ensuring contracts reflect the new build's features and warranties
  • Assist with set up and handover of licenses
  • Collate data and compile client reports
  • Answering phones and dealing with enquiries or taking messages
  • Minute taking as and when required

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven coordination and administration experience required within the property industry
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Motivated individual who can work well by supporting a team
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Must understand the principles and practice of client care
  • Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
