Dove & Hawk are working alongside a Property & Asset Management firm in Central London that is looking to bring on a Part-Time Property Operations Co-ordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role primarily supports the Operations Director by managing maintenance, repairs, budgets, and contractors. They assist with projects and ensure exceptional service for tenants, collaborating closely with onsite teams to ensure seamless operations. This role would suit someone who has an understanding of the property management process.Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Oversee property services for residential, retail, and commercial buildings.
  • Support capital projects in collaboration with the Head of Estates and external advisors.
  • Aid the Head of Estates in managing contractors, consultants, and the contractor register.
  • Assist with insurance claims management alongside the Head of Estates.
  • Coordinate daily repairs, inspections, and maintenance for a Rural Farm and the Estate.
  • Gather cost estimates and feasibility reports for refurbishment projects.
  • Track insurance claims and ensure timely completion of remedial work for a Rural Farm and the Estate.
  • Keep inspection documents and certifications current (including EPCs, PAT, etc.).
  • Maintain precise project documentation and reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of annual budgets.
  • Update and maintain Contractor Registrations.
  • Ensure legal compliance with requirements such as EPCs, PAT Testing, and EICRs, and accurately record information in company systems.

Requirements of the role:

  • A good knowledge of the property management/estate management process.
  • At least 1+ years' experience working as a Co-Ordinator or Property Management Assistant.
  • ARLA Qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Passion for Customer Service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good level of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good understanding of how to build and maintain strong working relationships.
