Property Rentals Manager (Lettings)

An excellent Property Rentals Manager has been created for an international prestigious consultancy client based in London. Our client, a very fast growth business has been featured in numerous newspapers and recognised to be at the forefront of this industry.

The company is in a strong position and extremely profitable.

A significant number of properties will be within Zone 1.

A truly excellent role for a candidate wishing to join the company on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a Property Rentals Manager with experience of dealing with the Tenants, agencies of prime and superprime central London properties

  • The Rental Manager will be responsible for taking ownership of the rental aspect of all properties. This will include liaising with agencies, block managers & internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the smooth running of the rental properties
  • Experience in managing a property portfolio (short/long term tenancies) is essential,
  • Maintain the smooth running of all property rental tasks, including troubleshooting and liaising with third parties where necessary.
  • The role would suit a proactive and capable individual with a passion to deliver to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing & maintaining a multi-site property portfolio
  • Ensuring compliance at all times
  • Co-ordinating and updating all rental details
  • Handle inquiries from various sources (telephone, internet, social media) in a professional manner
  • Liaising with agencies & block managers
  • Maintaining rental start & end dates
  • Working closely with the Lettings Manager & Administration team
  • Liaising with Lawyers, Valuers etc.
  • Maintaining internal CRM database
  • Excellent excel skills for managing rental income

Role Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of Prime Central London experience.

• Proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords.

• Results-driven with a track record of maintaining excellent record keeping

• Highly knowledgeable about the rental process.

• Familiarity with the Central London area, market trends, and local property values.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in the Central London market.

WORK FROM HOME:

The client is undergoing significant growth, they do not feel working from home is right for them at this time, this may change in the future, but the successful candidates needs to bear in mind that this is working from the office Monday to Friday from the office. 9-6pm
