Property Sales Administrator - £30,000 plus a bonus - Excellent Progression - Full Time Permanent
Our client is a well known global company, with an excellent reputation and they are looking for an experienced sales administartor for their office in South West London.
The Role:
As a Property Services Administrator, you will be an integral member of the team, supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service in line with the company’s vision and values.
- Providing support to the sales team.
- Attend to emails, mails and messages from clients and colleagues, and telephone liaison; answering and making calls on behalf of the team.
- Daily and efficient office management, including coordinating diaries/meetings/conference calls.
- General office duties including, maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, document scanning and typing of reports, letters, faxes, etc.
- Registering incoming enquiries, should the team be otherwise engaged.
- Producing registration cards, property details, and invoices.
- Sales database management (CRM).
- Sales paperwork and correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
- Managing client and customer due diligence checks (AML/KYC).
- Assist in organising client events, i.e. lunches and client entertaining.
- Liaising with internal suppliers.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Assisting team members with all IT related matters.
- Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Displaying window cards.
- Booking photos.
- Ordering brochures.
- Uploading property particulars.
- Assisting the manager with marketing campaigns, both large and small.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
Salary: £30,000
