My client is a high-end international agency with an excellent reputation and they are now looking for a sales valuer or an assistant sales manager to join their team.

  • Growing and maintaining market share in Chelsea, and the surrounding areas

  • Identifyingbusiness opportunities and maintaining relations with investors, developers, vendors, and buyers

  • Finding and identifying suitable buyers and vendors for office instructions

  • Running office-specific marketing campaigns

  • Building your professional network within the local marketplace

  • Managing the marketing of properties, through all suitable channels

  • Coordinating and managing the sales process

  • Team recruitment

  • Team management

  • Communicating with all parties to make sure sales are managed efficiently.
