Property Sales Manager
Location: London SW11
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 basic OTE £85,000 p.a.
Established, high end real estate and property management company based in the Chelsea/Pimlico area is looking for a Property Sales Manager with experience of high-end real estate in Central London and exceptional expertise in the London property market, to join their dynamic team and work with a prestigious client base as you will be selling some of the most sought-after property/real estate in London.
As Property Sales Manager you will be confident, calm, articulate and good team leadership skills in order to inspire your team to achieve results, whilst also working with your own top client base.
Responsibilities of Property Sales Manager:
- Overseeing a professional and energetic team of Property Sales Consultants
- Assisting your Sales team to achieve their targets and results
- Mentoring the team to ensure maximum results
- Conducting and winning market appraisals
- Overseeing and monitoring all sales negotiations
- Providing clients with regular market updates
- Providing comprehensive viewing feedback
- Achieving KPIs
- Reporting results to senior management.
Skills Required for Property Sales Manager:
- Previous experience in managing a busy team of Property Sales Consultants
- Good knowledge of high end, well sought-after property/real estate in Central London.
- Proven track record of achieving sales within the high-end property/real estate market.
