Your new companyYour new job as a Real Estate Account Executive will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. They have a dedicated team of over 5000 employees who pride themselves on having an entrepreneurial cultural that their clients benefit from. Due to continued successful growth within the Real Estate division, they are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Account Executive to join them in a client and market-facing role to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service across the team Your new roleYour new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be working with a team of experienced insurance professionals leading client advocacy as main contacts for significant mid-large corporate accounts, with responsibility for day to day service delivery, delegation and for supporting the leadership of individual teams. You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and or European property owner and real estate clients.

Your role will be to deliver an enhanced service and added value to clients, maintaining a robust approach to ensure all clients have a service plan and an annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs. Dealing with clients from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for managing renewal income and actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events. Building and growing a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model and mentor to associates in developing the same. Other duties will include attending insurer review meetings as well as preparing renewal reports and other technical documents. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with a strong, collaborative culture in a market and client-facing role.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Real Estate / Property owners Account handler or as an Account Executive, handling Property Owners or Real Estate business will lead to your success. You will also have excellent communications skills and the ability to attend external client meetings when required.
