A renowned sales and letting agency, located in a prestigious Prime Central London area, is seeking a Residential Sales Coordinator to join their friendly and high-performing team. This agency specialises in Residential Sales, Lettings, Property Management, and New Homes sales. With a strong reputation for local market expertise, they deliver a highly personalised approach for clients across various property transactions, from luxury apartments to family homes in some of the most sought after postcodes across Prime Central London.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (with one extended day until 6:30 pm every fortnight)Contract: Full Time, PermanentStart: January 2025Interviews: ASAPKey Responsibilities:- Provide support to Sales Negotiators and the Sales Manager.
- Prepare materials for market appraisals.
- Manage property documentation, including land registry checks and instruction agreements.
- Complete anti-money laundering compliance for clients and buyers.
- Draft and review Terms & Conditions.
- Create property particulars, update listing details, and maintain window cards.
- Generate offer letters, memorandums of sale, exchange letters, and invoices.
- Coordinate photography sessions and arrange Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- Liaise with vendors and buyers for seamless communication.
- Assemble property brochures, including descriptions, photo arrangement, and layout.
- Organize and manage sales boards.
- Launch new listings on portals and the company website.
- Generate sales reports.
- Support general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing stationery, and handling invoice documentation.
- Background in residential sales, particularly in an administrative capacity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to supporting colleagues.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with property software, such as Reapit or similar platforms.
