Residential Lettings Coordinator - Angel, London - £30,000 - £33,000 Depending on ExperienceDove and Hawk are excited to be working with a highly established, friendly and successful private London based property investment and development company. They own and manage a substantial commercial and residential portfolio - in excess of 800 (circa 5000 tenants) commercial properties with a focus in central London and selected regions throughout the UK.The Residential Lettings Coordinator role is an office based and involves working within a small, and really friendly, residential team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the administration and management of circa 600 tenancies.Responsibilities

  • Effectively providing admin support to the lettings team
  • Ensuring vacant properties are marketed efficiently
  • The accurate drafting of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements
  • Issuing rent increases for Regulated Tenancies
  • Issuing rent increases for Assured portfolio by way of Section 13
  • Effectively collating tenant references for new lettings as required
  • Protecting residential deposits and ensuring the return of tenancy deposits in a
  • timely manner
  • Issuing rent credits/debits where required
  • Liaising with external agents on new lettings to ensure lettings are fully executed
  • Diary managements for property viewings, check-in and check outs
  • Overseeing compliance of EPC's for the residential portfolio
  • Commissioning repair work by liaising with tenants and contractors
  • Instructing gas safety compliance

Requirements:

  • At least 18 months experience working in a business /administrative capacity in the property industry
  • Computer literate: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Horizon experience is a big bonus!
  • Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills
  • Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills
  • A genuine team player, friendly and personable.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Solution focused, self-starter and self-motivated
  • Confident dealing with external contractors
