Collins Property Recruitment is partnering with an international award-winning property brand to seek a talented and driven Sales Associate to join their team in Central London.As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by nurturing relationships with valued clients selling new properties from their current growing stocklist of over 200 units.Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the property market to handle a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Identify potential applicants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- You must have at least three years of successful sales experience in the property industry, with a track record of banking over £200,000 a year.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the sales market.
