A boutique Property Agency based in South West London are looking for a new Sales Negotiator to join a busy team going from strength to strength. They are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their team and play a key role in working with some of the most exciting properties in London.

This Sales Negotiator job is paying up to £40k OTE and offers full training and a new company car.

As the successful Sales Negotiator, you will:

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers.
  • Registering applicants’ details and fully understanding their requirements.
  • Booking and conducting viewings, following up with feedback to buyer and vendor.
  • Negotiating offers between all parties.
  • Assisting with the marketing for new business.
  • Focusing on client care and customer service.

As the successful Sales Negotiator, you should have:

  • Experience is ideal but not essential, however some experience in sales is required.
  • Impeccable communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and a professional manner.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and target driven personality.
  • Determined and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Knowledge of the South West London areas would be beneficial.

Benefits and Salary:

  • Working hours are 8:45 -7 Monday to Thursday and 8:45-6 Friday and Saturday with 1 Saturday off a month.
  • A competitive basic salary of up to £25k and OTE first year £30k to £40k.
