Your key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator will include:
• Dealing with day-to-day sales enquiries• Generating, organising and conducting property viewings• Keeping all potential buyers up to date regarding new properties• Work alongside the Director in promoting the business• Negotiating offers with vendors and buyers in a professional manner• Identifying new business opportunities within the local market• Regular client liaison, ensuring all feedback is relayed back to the vendors• Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
The required skill sets for this role include:
• Proven track record in property sales experience (minimum 2 years’ experience)• A proactive and positive attitude• Strong organisation skills• Excellent communication skills• Apple Mac proficient• Able to handle multiple tasks• A full UK driving license.
