Sales Negotiator - Finchley Central

Office Based

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 - + commission, £3,500 car & Petrol allowance

Our client is a long-established, professional estate agency operating in the North London area, they cover all aspects of the property industry from Sales and Lettings to Commercial and New Homes. They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and energetic New Homes team. Priding themselves on staff training, promoting future development and long-term career progression. The role will require you to;

  • Drive sales and meet the sales targets
  • Work on-site selling off plan property
  • To report to the New Homes Sales Manager
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

The candidate requirements are as follows;

  • Proven track record in sales, new homes would be ideal
  • Well-presented
  • Excellent time management
