A well-established real estate company based in the heart of London are looking for a Senior Facilities/Estate Manager to join their team for an immediate start.
This will be to work on a high-end, mixed-use portfolio, helping to protect the long-term value of the Estate. As the FM you will be responsible for ensuring the buildings within the estate are compliant, safe and suitable for purpose.
As the successful candidate you will have a minimum of five years' experience managing an estate, a strong understanding of managing FM projects, the whole section 20 process and managing the service charge budget for the properties on the estate.
