The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the lettings and property management process, with at least 2 years of experience in Prime or Super Prime property management, dealing with clients in the upper quartile of the market. A genuine passion for property is essential.

Proficiency in administration and communication will be critical for managing compliance and legislation reports. Strong task management and organizational skills are vital for handling inquiries, viewings, and diary coordination. This role also involves supporting the Office Manager in daily operations.

  • Salary: OTE up to £48,000 (DOE)
