Senior Property Manager - Bank
Salary - £35,000-£40,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am -5.30pm
Our client is looking for a Property Manager, someone who is super organised and extremely meticulous. With a minimum of 3 year’s experience in a similar position, you will bring knowledge and resilience with you to succeed in this role.
You will be looking after a substantial portfolio, of around 220 properties. Working alongside 1 other experienced property Manager.
With Property Management at the core of this business and client retention playing a huge part in this you will need to be personable with the ability to build, sustain and grow great relationships.
Essentially you will be a problem solver, someone who wants to contribute to the continued growth of the brand. This is a strong portfolio which runs smoothly and offers amazing opportunities for the right candidate for professional progression and financial gains.

The Individual:
- Minimum of 3 years Property Management Experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
- Arla qualification preferred (Not essential)
