SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Wimbledon, SW19

Salary: OTE £60k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client, a highly successful, forward thinking, Estate Agency group, are looking to recruit an experienced SeniorSales Negotiator to join their team based at their branch in Wimbledon, SW19.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property and you will have the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.

You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment. 

The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation in and around the Surrey and South West London area who specialise in residential property sales.

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

  • Residential property sales experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to generate new business
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-spoken and well-presented
  • Knowledge of the local market area
  • Target driven and dynamic
  • Full UK driving license
  • Local knowledge preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
