Our client, an award-winning estate agency is seeking experienced Sales Negotiators to join their dynamic team. Specialising in high-specification luxury properties across Central London, they offer an ethical, trusted, and professional approach that sets them apart. 

As part of our clients continued development and business growth, they are looking for successful property consultants to join our four teams selling luxury property throughout Zone One. They are seeking driven, self-assured, and ambitious individuals with proven experience in residential sales in London or the Home Counties who can demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and deliver results. The focus of this role is on achieving results. Initiative coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on the results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this role. The role requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities. Because the pace of work is faster than average, the ability to learn quickly and thoroughly while continually recognising and adapting to change is critical. Due to the higher value of property in central London, and strong selling fees, you can personally earn between £800 and £10,000 per sale by selling property valued between £500,000 and £2,500,000 – depending on your annual performance. Central London really is the most rewarding and exciting arena to be an Estate Agent in the UK! With a wide range of exciting property types and areas, no two days will be the same.
