  • Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
  • Perform regular performance evaluations, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the property management industry.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive experience in residential property management at a senior level.
  • ARLA qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing conflict and solving problems effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
