About Odhams Walk:

Odhams Walk is a well-established Resident Management Organisation based in Covent Garden, Westminster. We manage 102 properties, including 41 leasehold and 61 tenanted.

About Your Role:

We’re looking for an Estate Manager / TMO Manager to join our team and work with our Management Committee. You’ll be key in managing the estate day-to-day and making sure everything runs smoothly. Here are some of your responsibilities:-

What You'll Do:

Support the Management Committee: Help develop our business plan, achieve our goals, and create effective policies and procedures.

Manage Finances: Oversee budgeting, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure comprehensive financial reporting.

Improve Services: Work with the Committee and residents to enhance our services and get the best value.

Build A Neighbourly Community: Community and neighbourliness is essential. Part of your role will involve walking around the estate, greeting and updating residents on new initiatives and dealing with complaints

Enhance Communication: Develop and improve communication with all stakeholders.

Ensure Quality Repairs: Ensure repairs in the estate are timely and meet resident expectations.
