Hours: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm (Sat 9am - 5pm)You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis, 5 day then a 6 day.
Our client based in South-West London is looking to expand their team and are on the lookout for an ambitious individual who wants to start their property career. They have a very good training programme and offer excellent career progression. Tasks
- Generate applicants for the properties by calling through existing database
- Responding to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and on the market by phone and email
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers with both vendor and applicants
- Hitting sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis
- Helping with business development/getting properties to market
- Money hungry
- Target driven
- Articulate and professional
- Sales experience (desirable)
- Willingness to learn
- Basic up to £22k
- On target Earnings (OTE commission + basic) £33k+
