Previous experience within the property industry is not required as full training will be provided. To be considered for this position, however, you will preferably have a sales or customer service background and have dealt with high-end clientele. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Your tasks will include:
- Registering prospective buyers
- Arranging and accompanying prospective buyers on viewings
- Gaining feedback following viewings
- Feedback to vendors
- Negotiation between buyers and vendors.
Personal specification:
- Team player and ability to work under own initiative
- An excellent communicator
- Confident and outgoing
- Target driven
- IT literate
- Well presented.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of in the region of £20,000, plus on target earnings equating to c. £28,000 in your first year. The hours of work will be 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
A driving licence is not required for this position!
