Our client, a well respected Estate Agency are currently seeking an Area Valuer to join their close-knit team in the Blackheath area.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business and winning instructions. You will be committed to offering outstanding customer service.

Our client is offering the successful Area Valuer:

  • Basic salary of up to £35,000
  • Realistic OTE of £50,000+
  • Car or car allowance
  • Guarantee whilst building pipeline
  • 5-day working week

Responsibilities of an Area Valuer:

  • Generating market appraisals
  • Undertaking Market Appraisals
  • Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face
  • Registering applicants and greeting customers
  • Conduct viewings with potential buyers
  • Upselling additional products

Requirements of an Area Valuer:

  • Proven track record of winning sales instructions
  • Sales driven and 'get up and go' attitude
  • A proactive and positive approach to business generation
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Ambitious, target driven and career-minded
  • Full UK Driving license
