Assistant Concierge / Porter - Permanent - Central LondonSalary: £28 - 30kHours: 12 hour shift - 4 days on/ 4 days offThe Opportunity:A brilliant property management company are looking for an Assistant Concierge to join their team at a private residential development in Central London.The building is a prestigious development in an exclusive location, offering high-tech, state-of-the-art living to high net worth individuals. Assisting the Concierge you will be required to do anything asked of them, including cleaning and tidying the communal areas and emptying the bins, all whilst providing an exceptional 5* service to all residents and their visitors.Duties and Responsibilities: * Meeting and greeting Residents and Visitors * Assisting with the management of the lobby and communal areas, including general inspection and assuring tidiness throughout* Emptying of bins and general cleaning * Assisting the Concierge with replying to all incoming emails to the site email address and efficiently following up * Help support a smooth move-in and move-out for all residents* Performing health & safety checks and conducting visual inspections of the site* Liaising with the housekeeping and maintenance team regarding any issues* General Estate Operative dutiesRequirements:* Willingness to learn and be a team player* Eagerness to get stuck in and progress* No previous experience of being a Concierge at a 5* hotel or another luxury residential development is required, however is welcome* Strong communication skills* Immaculate appearance, presentation and personal brand* Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours* Personable, empathetic, and warm with a conscientious attitudeDoes this sound like the opportunity you've been looking for?Apply now!
