Corporate Receptionist - Central London - £35k salary, Monday to FridayA prestigious Hedge Fund company located in the City are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to work on their reception desk along with one other receptionist. Your role will be to provide first class service to the clients/guests entering and leaving the building on a day-to-day basis. Duties and Responsibilities:* To deliver immaculate customer service to both guests and clients* Book meeting spaces and ensure they are set up appropriately * Ensure high standards are maintained at all times by conducting floor checks on all areas* Support with catering and hospitality for the meeting rooms when required * Maintain detailed and accurate visitor logs* Complete any administrative tasks if neededYou Must Have:* Good understanding of what exceptional customer service is* Ability to multitask - no day is the same * Positive can-do attitude wanting to go the extra mile * Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude* Confident and engaging * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal* Ability to provide a bespoke service to every individual remembering preferences and specific needs* Ability to anticipate the needs of others, ensuring proactive and attentive service for clients and colleagues
