The FirmA leading London law firm are seeking a Corporate Receptionist for their London Bridge and Mayfair offices.
The OpportunityThe successful Corporate Receptionist will be friendly, professional, and have experience managing a varied workload. This is a fast-paced role, so organisation and time management skills are essential, as well as an ability to cope well with pressure. Duties to include:
- Meeting, greeting, and interacting with clients, visitors and staff
- Call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages
- Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests
- Organising and assisting with hospitality and events
- Setting up audio visual systems and trouble-shooting problems
- Assisting with adhoc administration requests
This Corporate Receptionist opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm
Requirements
- Previous front of house/reception experience in a professional services firm is required
- Previous experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and an online room booking system
