Job Title: Corporate ReceptionistLocation: London (3 sites in London) Job Type: Full-timeHours: Flexible shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to FridaySalary: £31,000 per yearRole Overview:We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Mobile Workplace Host to join our team. This role ensures smooth front-of-house operations across multiple office locations. Ideal candidate will deliver a high-end reception and hospitality service, creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:* Greet and assist visitors professionally, ensuring proper sign-in procedures.* Issue visitor passes in line with access control policies.* Notify building occupants of client arrivals, deliveries, and courier services.* Manage and review meeting and visitor schedules via Outlook.* Respond to emergencies and contact emergency services when necessary.* Provide refreshments for visitors and employees as needed.* Maintain a tidy and professional reception area throughout the day.* Handle post room duties, including sorting, franking, and processing special deliveries.* Communicate and report effectively to internal and external stakeholders.* Support the team in achieving high performance and service standards.* Report and escalate facility issues to the appropriate teams.

Candidate Requirements:* Previous experience in a reception, hospitality, or front-of-house role preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook * Ability to remain calm and responsive in emergency situations.* Willingness to work flexibly across multiple office locations.
