We have an amazing opportunity as a Executive Receptionist working within professional services, based in central London.

An inviting salary between £30,000 - £35,000 plus amazing benefits. 5 day a week on site!

Your role will be more than just a Receptionist, you will be a the Brand Ambassador, meeting and greeting HNWI, working with internal and external stakeholders and building the most welcomed and trusted Receptionist space. You will work in partnership with one other receptionist, delivering 5 star customer service at all times.

You will be a valued employee, with the opportunity to grow and development. We are seeking a candidate who lives and breathes being the best receptionist, who has gravitas, confidence, professionalism and competence.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Being the first point of contact to all guests
  • Booking and managing all meeting room bookings
  • Answering all calls
  • Ensuring the reception are is tidy and clean at all times
  • Setting up meeting rooms and AV equipment
  • Ordering and organising catering
  • Assisting with staff and client events
  • Ordering and tracking stationary and kitchen supplies
  • Assisting the PA's with general administrative tasks
  • Liaising with vendors and supplies
  • Liaising with facilities and building managers
  • Assisting in the set up of nee starters
  • Ordering couriers
  • General adhoc tasks

What you need to possess;

  • A minimum of 2 years Corporate reception experience
  • Experience in managing a busy reception area
  • Working in professional, polished environment
  • Team player and collaborative approach
  • Love being a Brand Ambassador and Receptionist
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • An agile, adaptable and down to earth approach
