Experienced School Receptionist Administrator

We are seeking an experienced School Administrator to join our team, providing essential support as front of house. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a primary school setting, who excels in front-of-house duties and possesses strong administrative skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the reception, managing front-of-house responsibilities.
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Handle attendance recording and update the school register accurately.
  • Manage admissions processes as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and the head of school.
  • Maintain a presentable and organised reception area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a primary school environment is highly desirable.
  • Must possess an enhanced DBS Certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Presentable and professional demeanour.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
  • Good timekeeping skills, especially important as this role is based at reception.
