The Role:Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a French-speaking Receptionist to join their team. This is not just a front-desk role – we need someone who is eager to get involved, support different departments when things are quiet, and grow within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional and friendly approach
- Managing calls and correspondence in both English and French
- Coordinating meeting rooms and handling administrative tasks
- Assisting other departments with admin and operational tasks when required
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area
- Native-level French (spoken and written) and fluent in English
- A proactive mindset – someone who takes initiative and enjoys variety in their work
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and assist different teams when needed
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is a plus but not essential
- The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office.
