Front of house/Office support coordinator

Office based role - City of London.

8.30-5.30pm

My client is now looking for a Front of house/office support coordinator to join their team. You will be part of a small team and your role will be responsible for front of house and various office support duties.

Typical duties;

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Managing meeting room schedule
  • Answering the telephone and handling incoming queries
  • Ordering stationery and refreshments
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post/deliveries/couriers
  • Assisting to process new joiners/leavers
  • Act as fire warden/first aider for the office
  • Dealing with any office support queries
  • Handling incoming office support queries
  • Adhoc administrative tasks - as given
