Our client is seeking a Front of House / Team Assistant for a permanent role based in London. Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the busy schedule of meeting room bookings
  • Greeting guests and showing them to their meeting rooms
  • Assisting with AV in meeting rooms as required
  • Refreshing meeting rooms ensuring they are well stocked and clean at all times
  • Providing support with team and business administration
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking couriers and taxis
  • Ordering stationary and weekly groceries
  • Assisting with events / managing events
  • Supporting the Operations Manager
